    I’m down in weight from my posted stats.


    I’ll update those when I weigh in in a couple days.


    I’ll also post new pictures of myself. :)


    I’m recently out of my relationship of many years; maybe someday it can work, but for now, I’m not concerned about that.

    I do love him more than he knows though.


    This will be a place for me to post about keto, recipes, workouts, my progress toward physical health and self-confidence.

  6. Fat Fast/Intermittent Fasting Day One.

    Ate crazy carbs while my sister was in town the last four days.

    I feel extremely bloated, but I plan on lifting tonight and eating extremely clean for at least the next 7-10 days before having another carb night. :)

    I’m kinda lazy when it comes to food prep, so I’ve started buying pre-cut & washed romaine lettuce boats! I was craving a sandwich on my first day back on keto and I wanted to fight the craving. So BAM!

    • 4 Romaine Leaf Boats
    • 2 Tbsp Mayo (could use less)
    • 6 Slices Salami
    • 6 Slices Smoked Turkey
    • 4 Slices Sharp Cheddar
    Optional:
    • ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
